database with information from conferences, Co-Chairs or Administrative
Directors. CCC will also forward inquiries of information about exhibits
and advertisements. We work with vendors and volunteers responsible
for Web Page management to place prospectus online.

Coordination and Management
This service allows you to free your staff of all aspects and hassles
of creating sponsorship advertisements, opportunity packages, layout
designs and business prospects. CCC also coordinates all mailings, responses,
follow-up and sales. We provide a special service that allows you to
get a head start on your sponsorship program for the years to come.
By first notifying your prior sponsors, they are given a chance for
first choice, which enhances business relationships.
