Complete Conference Coordinators, Inc., an award winning certified Women Business Enterprise, has been in business for 24 years providing complete meeting management and registration services. We manage conferences, seminars, incentive programs, conventions, tradeshows, events and meetings of all types and sizes worldwide for state and federal agencies, national associations and national and international corporations. Our staff includes Certified Meeting Professionals (tested and certified as professionally proficient by the 27 member independent organization Convention Industry Council which measures and acknowledges competency) who are responsible for arranging and coordinating meetings.

With a diversified list of corporate, association and government agencies as clients, CCC has served conferences and trade shows ranging in size from 100 to 5000+ attendees. Conferences we have coordinated have ranged in length from one day to three plus weeks and have been in locations just about anywhere in the U.S. to Beijing, China and points between. We抳e brought groups together on mountaintops and on the islands of Hawaii. We have built our long-term client relationships, ranging from 20 years in length on down through our loyal, repeat clients who recommend us to their associates. Every year we add to our client base and it抯 because of the recommendations of our current long-term clients. Carol with her award President and CEO Carol E. Kuc, CMP, has 24 years of meeting planning experience, and has been recognized and honored for her experience and expertise. She holds many titles, has served as director and chaired for a number of councils, meetings and organizations. Meeting Professionals International also nominated Carol as Planner of the Year. Well respected throughout the country, Carol remains active in several organizations including Society of Government Meeting Planners, Meeting Professional International (Director of the Chicago Area Chapter), National Association of Women Business Owners (National Vice-President Public Policy), Women Impacting Public Policy and Boardroom Bound. Complete Conference Coordinators is an Entrepreneurial Partner of the National Association of Women Business Owners and was named Entrepreneurial Partner of the year. Carol is also Member Services Representative to NAWBO National from Chicago Area NAWBO and has been elected Vice President Member Services of National NAWBO. She has won NAWBO Chicago President's award for exemplary services. Carol acts as liaison between the U.S. Department of Energy and NAWBO and its affiliated organizations representing 3.5 million women business owners. Carol has been named Women in Business Advocate of the Year 2003 by the U.S. Small Business Administration for the Midwest Region and the State of Illinois.
